After reading the new messages, I feel I have to say more. I started liking you from 1993. You were on the show Pleasure and Leisure. You sang (Zse Zsoc Dou Tsing) You had this very cute out fit on. Then I started to record the shows you were on. I would be watching TVB all the time. That is how I learned to read Chinese. I would play your songs everyday. Buy your record before it was announced on T.V. My Dad always teased me and always tried to persuade me to find another idol but I didn't because you were a part of me already. You were like a sister to me. I have pictures all over my wall, cut out newspapers, every magazine of you, and every picture of you and of course CD. Before when I didn't know you, I would have no reason to get up in the morning but after you came into my life I had many reasons. I would say to my self, maybe there is going to Vivian on TV today or she is making an album , those were the reason why I woke up instantly when my alarm sounded. Now that you are retiring, I am going back to the same old me. But I know this is your wish and I will support you all the way through. I promise you I will try my best in life because we all know you care about all your fans. Now I just wish you will make your last album as a present to all your fans. Just think about all these years, all the presents you recieved, support, and love from all your friend. You should do something in return and the best thing is to make your last album. I'm not Chinese so I've never really understood what you were singing about, but your talent to be able to sing so softly has just drawn me to your work. If I had a wish, it would be for you to not retire so soon because I've just came to know you a couple of years back and now just grown to become your number one fan.
